Where is Nupemall located?

Our warehouse is located in Alpharetta, GA (North of Atlanta). We do not have a storefront so drop-in shopping is currently unavailable. We do, although, offer order pick up in some cases.

How long will it take to receive my order?

In most cases, ready-to-ship orders placed by 1pm EST are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 1pm EST will be processed and shipped on the next business day. Please check our homepage for notifications regarding delays in shipping time.

Made-to-Order items are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.

Actual shipping time is 2-3 day and varies based on your location.

What does "made to order" mean?

Because we offer a wide variety of colors and sizes in many of our items we are unable to keep every size and color in stock at all times. Therefore, these items are not created until you order them. Generally, made-to-order items are created within 2-3 business days but this timing may vary during extremely busy or travel seasons.

What is this store's return and exchange policy?

We are pleased to exchange or return your unworn/unwashed item in its original condition within 30 days (10 days for Official Blazer)  of the original delivery date. Exchanged items will be shipped to customers at no cost only ONE time. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Nupemall reserves the right to refuse any return if the item appears damaged, worn, or returned after 30th day.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Can I exchange a Blazer for another size?

Blazers can be exchanged or returned in perfect condition with tags attached and accompanied by a receipt within TEN (10) days of the original delivery date (or purchase if not online). Exchanged items will be shipped to customers at no cost only ONE time. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Nupemall reserves the right to refuse any return if the item appears damaged, worn, has odor, or is returned after 10th day.
