Shipping

In most cases, ready-to-ship orders placed by 1pm EST are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 1pm EST will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Select Made-to-Order items are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.

Actual shipping time is 2-3 days and varies based on your location. Please visit www.nupemall.com for notifications regarding any delays. Tracking information for your order is provided within your shipping confirmation email.

Returns & Exchanges

We welcome customers to exchange or return unworn and unwashed merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of the original delivery date. Official Blazers must be returned or exchanged within 10 days. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Custom orders, personalized merchandise, and face coverings are ineligible for exchange or refund. Please note that Nupemall reserves the right to refuse any return if the item appears damaged, worn, or is returned after 30 days. Any merchandise received that is ineligible for a refund will be returned to the customer.

Exchanges

Before shipping an item back to exchange, we encourage you to contact us at 1-800-757- NUPE (6873) or at info@nupemall.com so that we may confirm item availability and reserve it for you. Once confirmed, please indicate your exchange request on your packing slip and ship to:
